Today’s recipe is about kale and tofu. With an Asian touch, this combo is delicious✨
250 g firm tofu, cut lengthwise
300 g kale, chopped
3 garlic cloves, grated
1 tsp ginger, grated
½ chili, sliced
2 spring onions, finely sliced
20 g peanuts, chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Marinade
30 ml soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tsp Sriracha
1 tsp sesame oil
In a bowl mix well all the marinade ingredients and pour it over tofu pieces. Set aside for 1 hour.
Heat a pan, add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes each side. Keep the marinade.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the ginger and garlic and stir until fragrant.
Add the kale and cook for 3 minutes.
Divide the kale between plates, top with tofu, chili, peanuts and spring onions and drizzle with the remaining marinade.
