This soup is so easy to prepare, in no time you’ll have a healthy, comforting and delicious meal ✨
200 g red lentils
1 onion, chopped
2 small carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
700 ml vegetable stock or water
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp EVOO
Salt & pepper, to taste

Raw seeds
Hot sesame oil – few drops
Heat the oil in a pot and add the onion, carrots, celery and cook for 5 minutes, then add the garlic and cook for 45 seconds more.
Continue with turmeric and cumin and stir for 30 seconds.
Add lentils, stock and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until lentils are cooked.
Take off the heat, season and blend until smooth.
Divide between bowls, top with microgreens, seeds and drizzle with sesame oil.
