Turmeric deviled eggs

Today’s recipe is a classic one, with a twist. These small bites are delicious and hard to resist.

6 hard boiled eggs
250 ml water
125 ml white vinegar
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt

2 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp dill
Salt & pepper, to taste

Using a large jar (with lid) mix very well turmeric, salt, vinegar and water and add the peeled eggs. Cover and put in the fridge for at least 8 hours.

Slice each egg heightwise and remove yolks.
In a bowl mix egg yolks, yogurt, chili flakes, smoked paprika and season with salt and pepper. Mix until creamy with a hand mixer.

Using a spoon or a piping bag add mixture to the whites. Top with fresh parsley and dill.
