Every food begins with simple ingredients.
Here, flour, water, yeast, salt. And magic is happening! ✨
This is a simple recipe, even a kid can do it.

500 gr strong flour + working flour
400 ml of water
1 package dry yeast
a teaspoon sugar
a teaspoon full of salt

Sift the flour and mix it with salt.

In a large bowl mix (with a wooden spoon) the flour, yeast, sugar and water. Stir until the flour is well incorporated. It doesn’t take long, in 1-2 minutes you’re done.
Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 10-12 hours.

After the resting time in the fridge, take out the dough and put it on a working surface, powdered with flour. Work with your hands and shape the dough into a ball. Transfer it on a baking paper, cover it and leave it again to rest for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, turn the oven to 230 degrees. Put a pot with the lid on in the oven and let it heat up. This step is essential for the bread to come out perfect.

When the dough is ready, transfer it in the pot with the baking paper.

Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and leave for another 15 – 20 minutes, depending on how crispy you want it.
