Bowl’s day is here 🥗 Today’s recipe brings together tofu, rice and a lot of delicious veggies. In this bowl you’ll have different textures and tastes, all of them in a beautiful harmony.✨
Marinated tofu
250 g firm tofu, cubed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 carrot, pickled
30 g red cabbage, sliced
4 spring onions, finely chopped
5 radishes, finely sliced
1 red onion, sliced
150 g edamame (cooked as per pack instructions)
1 avocado, sliced
200 g rice, cooked
2 tbsp green vegan mayo
2 tsp sesame seeds
Salt & pepper, to taste
In a bowl mix all the marinade ingredients, add cubed tofu and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a pan, add the marinated tofu and cook until beautiful crispy, about 5-6 minutes
Divide the rice between bowls, add all the veggies and tofu, sprinkle with sesame seeds, green mayo, season and serve.
