Super easy pasta with Shimeji mushrooms

I love super easy to do meals and this recipe is one of these. With few ingredients I did a flavored meal, ready in no time ✨

 

150 g pasta

200 g shimeji mushrooms

4 garlic cloves, minced

50 g butter

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

75 g Parmesan cheese, shaved

Thyme, chopped

Salt & pepper, to taste

 

 

Cook your pasta according to package and drain and set aside.

Heat a pan and melt the butter, then add the olive oil. Add the mushrooms and sauté for about 1-2 minutes or until the mushrooms are soft. Add in the garlic and pasta and continue cooking, until the garlic is fragrant.

 

Remove from the heat and add the fresh thyme and half of Parmesan. Season and mix until combined.

Serve garnished with extra Parmesan.
