La multi ani, Romania! 🇷🇴✨🎊

In aceasta zi speciala am ales sa gatesc o delicioasa mancare neaosa, de post. Reteta de mai jos este asa cum e scrisa in carte, o carte care e in familia mea de 3 generatii.

300 g fasole uscata

80 g ulei

60 g ceapa

1 morcov

½ telina

1 foaie dafin

1 radacina patrunjel

1 legatura verdeata

Se moaie fasolea iar cand s-a umflat se spala din nou si se pune la fiert cu apa rece. Dupa primul clocot, se scurge apa si se pune din nou la fiert cu apa calda.

Se fierbe pana se moaie bobul.

Intre timp se calesc legumele care cand s-au muiat si s-au colorat putin, se adauga la supa. Cand totul a fiert bine, se potriveste de sare si se serveste cu verdeata presarata deasupra.

Eu am adaugat o salata de ceapa rosie.

Pofta mare!

On this special day I chose to cook a delicious traditional, Romanian food. The below recipe is as in the book, a book that has been in my family for 3 generations.

Bean soup – vegan

300 g dried beans

80 g oil

60 g onion

1 carrot

½ celery

1 bay leaf

1 parsley root

1 bunch of parsley/dill

Soak the beans overnight and wash it and boil it with cold water. After the first boil, drain the water and boil it again with hot water.

Boil until the beans are soft.

Meanwhile, fry the vegetables until soft and slightly colored, then add them to the soup.

When everything is cooked well, season with salt and serve with chopped parsley.

I added pickled red onion.
