Goodies’ time is here 😊

It beginning to feel a lot like Christmas 🎄🎅 so the baking season is on.

Today I’ve baked these soft, buttery cookies, perfect to be enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee.

 

75 g butter, room temperature

50 g confectioners sugar

1 medium egg

100 g all purpose flour

10 g cornstarch

2 tsp blueberry powder

½ tsp vanilla

¼ tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 180 C and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.

Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the egg and continue beating for 1 minute more.

Add the flour, cornstarch, blueberry powder, vanilla, salt and mix until smooth.

Put the batter in a piping bag and shape the cookies as you wish.

Bake for 6 – 8 minutes or until lightly colored, then cool completely.
