Today’s recipe is a new mushroom recipe. Soft, tender, but crispy, these mushrooms are a truly delish. ✨

 

500 g small mushrooms

5 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 tsp chili flakes

1 bunch dill or parsley, finely chopped

2 tbsp EVOO

Salt and pepper, to season

Polenta

Sorrel

Heat the oil in a pan, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring regularly.

Season, add chili flakes, dill or parsley and stir to combine.

Serve with polenta and sorrel.
