Salad with goat cheese and grapes

200 g goat cheese, sliced

4 quail eggs, boiled, halved

1 small red onion, finely sliced

50 g walnuts, chopped

100 g grapes (red and/or white)

200 g mixed salad leaves

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Dressing

1 tbsp honey

2 tsp red wine vinegar

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Salt & pepper, to taste

Heat a nonstick pan and lightly brush each slice of goat cheese with oil.

Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.

In a bowl mix all the dressing ingredients until well combined.

Put the salad leaves, onion slices, eggs and walnuts in a mixing bowl. Toss with the dressing, stirring to combine.

Divide between plates, top with the cheese slices and grapes and serve.
