Goodies time is here 😊 Today’s recipe is a classic one, but all the classics are fantastic ✨

Orange jelly
500 ml fresh orange juice
10 g gélatine (or agar agar)

Panna Cotta
750 ml heavy cream
100 g sugar
1 orange, zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
15 g gelatine (or agar agar)

To serve
100 g blueberries
100 g raspberries
Mint leaves

Gelatine
In a bowl pour 100 ml cold water for each 10 g gelatine. Set aside for 7-10 minutes or until spongy.
Microwave the gelatine for 20 sec or until it dissolves. (take good care to never boil the gelatine)

Orange jelly
Mix the orange juice and dissolved gelatine and pour into prepared jars.
Put the jars in the fridge for 40-45 minutes or until the jelly is set.

Pour the heavy cream in a pan and bring to boil. Add the sugar and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Take off the heat and add the vanilla extract and orange zest.
Let it cool almost completely. Add the dissolved gelatine and mix very well.
Pour the mix in jars over the orange jelly and put them in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

When the panna cotta is set top with blueberries and raspberries and mint leaves.

Enjoy!
