My today’s recipe is one full of flavors and ready in 15 minutes ✨
Miso style soup
2 tbsp miso paste
500 ml vegetable stock
100 g silken tofu
100 g glass noodles
4 spring onions. finely chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, finely sliced
1 tsp grated ginger
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 fresh red chilli pepper, finely sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
Thai basil and coriander leaves
Pour the stock into a pan and bring to the boil.
Add ginger, garlic and chilli pepper to the stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
Put noodles in a bowl, pour over boiling water and leave for 5 minutes, then drain.
Add the miso paste and soy sauce in the pan and simmer for 1 minute.
Add the tofu and let it stand for a few minutes before serving.
Divide the noodles and soup among bowls, add green onions, bell pepper and herbs and serve.
