4 ears of corn
20 g butter, melted
50 g feta cheese, crumbled
30 g sour cream or greek yogurt
Salt & pepper, to taste
Preheat the grill pan and grill the corn until slightly charred, turning often.
Brush the corn with butter, drizzle sour cream and sprinkle with feta cheese, salt & pepper. Serve immediately.
