I’m starting the week with these healthy, no added sugar smoothies.
3 ingredients, 1 kitchen utensil and, in a few minutes, you have a delicious drink.

Green smoothie

100 gr baby spinach
1/2 ripe banana
250 ml milk

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.

Pink smoothie

100 gr raspberry
1/2 ripe banana
250 ml milk

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.

Purple smoothie

100 gr blueberries
1/2 ripe banana
250 ml milk

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.
