Directions
As usual, in a rainy day I am in a baking mood. Since I had some dough leftovers from yesterday I baked a delicious green pizza. Ready in no time, this pizza is a great idea for rainy days.
1 pizza dough – see my blog for the recipe
100 g mozzarella cheese, grated
200 g feta cheese, crumbled
2 baby zucchini, sliced
100 g asparagus, trimmed
100 g kale salad
1 bunch of dill, chopped
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Preheat the oven to 250 C.
Top the dough with mozzarella, zucchini slices, asparagus, kale and feta crumbles and bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until the dough is cooked and the cheese is melted.
Top with fresh dill and drizzle with olive oil.
