Garlic Naan

I love naan bread but this garlic naan is so soft, garlicky and delicious 😋 and I can not stop eating it ✨

500 g strong flour
7 g dry yeast
200 g yogurt
220 water
30 ml vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt

Garlic butter, to brush
6 garlic cloves, grated
50 g butter, melted
Parsley, finely chopped

In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients and stir until a dough is formed. Continue and knead until the dough is smooth.
Cover the bowl and let rise for 1 hour at room temperature, until doubled in size.
Mix the melted butter with garlic and parsley.

Divide the dough into 10 pieces and roll into balls. Use a rolling pin to roll each piece into an oval.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Cook each naan until large bubbles form, 2-3 minutes. Flip over and cook until bubbles on the bottom are charred, 1-2 minutes.

Brush naan with garlic butter before serving.
