Today’s recipe is a quick and delicious meal. It is ready in 15 minutes and you can enjoy it as it is or as a side dish.
500 g green beans, trimmed
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
100 g butter
75 g parmesan, grated
1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
½ chili flakes or pepperoncini
1 tbsp EVOO
Salt & pepper, to taste
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 1 tbsp salt.
Add the green beans and cook until just tender, 5-8 minutes, then drain them.
Heat the butter and oil in a pan and cook the garlic until fragrant.
Add the green beans and cook until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
Take off the heat and add parsley, chili flakes and parmesan.
Season and serve.
