Some time ago I made an easy flatbread pizza and I kinda love it 🙂
So, today I did it again ✨
250 g bread flour
4 g dried yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
180 ml warm water
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
100 g mozzarella, grated
100 g cheddar, grated
100 g chorizo
1 chilli pepper, finely sliced
Fresh basil leaves
Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, 1 tbsp of oil and water and knead until you have an elastic dough. Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 250 C and place a pizza stone on a rack in the lower part of your oven.
Divide the dough into 2 balls and on a lightly floured work surface gently flatten each dough into a disc.
Top the dough with the grated cheeses and chorizo.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, then add the basil and drizzle the remaining olive oil.
