Goodies’ time is back 😊

Today’s recipe is almost a classic one, with a retro look & feel.

With a fancy presentation, you can have this creamy and delicious dessert for a dinner party. Or just for yourself, anytime you want 😉

*Not suitable for kids

200 ml espresso

200 ml whipping cream

30 g sugar

7 g gelatin powder

200 g mascarpone

200 ml whipping cream

50 g sugar

½ tsp vanilla

7 g gelatin powder

100 g whipped cream + chocolate flakes

In a small mug whisk the gelatin powder with 100 ml water (or as per package instructions) and set aside for 10 minutes. After this time, microwave for 20 seconds and stir (do not boil!).

In a pan, add espresso, sugar and cream and heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and add the gelatin and whisk very well to combine.

Put the glasses on an angle and pour the espresso panna cotta. Freeze for 30 minutes or until settled.

Prepare the gelatin the same as above.

Whip the cream with mascarpone, sugar and vanilla, then add the gelatin.

Pour the mascarpone mixture in the glasses an refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully settled.

Top with whipped cream and chocolate and serve.

Enjoy!
