Goodies’ time is here 😊
Today I’ve played with my food and I’ve baked coffee muffins in Bundt pan. They are delicious and great looking, just perfect for this time of the year ✨☃️🎄
200 g all purpose flour
200 g sugar
30 g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
180 ml buttermilk
2 eggs
80 ml coconut oil
60 ml coffee
Preheat the oven to 180 C and prepare/grease a mini Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, sift the flour, sugar, salt, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder.
In another bowl mix the eggs, oil, buttermilk and coffee. Pour this mixture over flour and mix until just combined.
Divide the batter into the mini Bundt pan and bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
