Today’s recipe is a super easy dessert, no baking required ✨
180 g good quality milk chocolate, chopped
2 ripe avocados, mashed, puree consistency
½ tsp salt
Toppings
25 g cocoa powder, sifted
30 g shredded coconut
70 g pistachios, finely chopped
Bring a pan of water to boil. Reduce the heat and place a glass bowl with the chocolate over the pan and melt the chocolate.
Add avocado puree into melted chocolate and stir until fully incorporated. Freeze the mixture for 20 minutes.
Put your truffle toppings ingredients in different bowls.
Using your hands, shape the chocolate mixture into balls. Roll the truffles in the toppings until evenly coated.
Store truffles in fridge.
