Chia seed pudding with white chocolate

Goodies’ time is here 😊

Today’s recipe can easily be considered a delicious breakfast, but with the chocolate addition you can enjoy it as a dessert.

400 ml coconut milk

80 g chia seeds

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp blueberry powder

100 ml whipping cream

100 g white chocolate, chopped

1 tsp blueberry powder

Topping

Fresh forest fruits and mint leaves

Pour the whipping cream in a pan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate until is melted. Add the blueberry powder and mix well.

Pour in the jars and set aside.

In a bowl, mix all the chia seeds, milk and honey and divide in half. Add the white mix (layer) to the jar.

Mix well the other half with blueberry powder and add to the jar.

Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 3-4 hours).

Add your favorite forest fruits and mint leaves and serve.
