Cheesy tomato pizza

It’s pizza time 🍕
Today’s recipe is a cheesy delish with tomatoes and arugula

250 g pizza dough (see the recipe on my blog)

100 g cherry tomatoes, halved

100 g mozzarella, grated

100 g gouda cheese, grated

100 g gorgonzola, crumbled

75 g parmesan, flakes

50 ml pizza sauce (1/2 can tomatoes , 2 small garlic cloves, 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tsp oregano, salt & pepper, to taste)

1 handful arugula

1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling

Preheat the oven to 250 C and place a pizza stone on a rack in the lower part of your oven.

For the pizza sauce – place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined.

Spread the pizza sauce on the dough.

Top the dough with mozzarella, gouda, gorgonzola and cherry tomatoes and bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until the dough is cooked and the cheese is melted.

Top with fresh arugula and parmesan flakes and drizzle with olive oil.
