Buttermilk biscuits with whipped feta

It seems that at least once/week I am using the piping bag to decorate food 😊

Since the goodies’ time was earlier this week, today I used the piping bag to decorate savory, delicious bites. Just perfect to be enjoyed in a Friday evening.

Let the weekend begin! 😊

 

100 g feta

100 g whipping cream, chilled

1 garlic clove

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp chili flakes

100 g bacon, cooked and very fine chopped

Buttermilk biscuits – see the recipe on my blog

Radish shoots

Salt & pepper, to taste

Combine feta, whipping cream, garlic, chili and lemon juice in a food processor and blend until smooth and fluffy. Season and put the content in a piping bag.

Pipe the cheese on the biscuits, sprinkle with bacon and radish shoots.

Enjoy!
