This beautiful veggie stir fry with garlic is an easy and healthy recipe that takes only 10 mins to make and it needs just few ingredients.

Bok choy with garlic and ginger

2 bok choy, sliced in quarters
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
Soy sauce, to taste
1 tbsp salt, for boiling water

Clean and rinse the bok choy, trim off the stems at the bottom and slice in quarter.

Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add salt and lower the heat. Add bok choy and cook for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook, stirring, about 30 seconds. Add bok choy, soy sauce, and 2 tbsp water and cover and cook for 1 minute.

Arrange bok choy on a serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
