Baked tornado potatoes

Today’s recipe is a beautiful, simple and tasty dish. It can be done without any cheese and it will still be delish! ✨

 

4 medium potatoes

30 g parmesan

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp chili flakes

¼ bunch of parsley, finely chopped

1 tbsp EVOO

Salt & pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 200 C and prepare a baking tray.

Push a skewer through each potato lengthways and, with a sharp knife, slice each potato into a spiral.

Brush the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with parmesan, paprika, garlic, chili, salt & pepper.

Bake the potatoes for 30 -40 minutes or until crispy, turning once halfway.

Sprinkle with parsley and extra oil and serve.
