Sometimes, the simplest combinations are the most flavored. Today I used a few very simple ingredients and I got a delicious meal. ✨

 

1 pizza dough – see the recipe on my blog

100 ml pizza sauce

150 g mozzarella, sliced

100 g artichoke

1/2 bunch of basil leaves

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling

Preheat the oven to 250 C.

Divide the dough into 2 balls and, on a lightly floured work surface, flatten each dough into a disc.

Spread the pizza sauce on the dough.

Top the dough with mozzarella and artichoke.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, then top with fresh basil leaves and chili flakes and drizzle with olive oil.
